His public accounting experiences include Senior Accountant for Weiser LLP the 20th Largest CPA firm in USA, Manager of Consulting Department for Asher & CO, CPA's. John has held various positions in the private sector including Controller, CFO and CEO. John has a very strong background in consulting, tax and accounting, with special strengths in medical backoffice systems. He is well versed in AdvancedMD Medical Billing software as well as various accounting software. Over the past 20 years, John has assisted hundreds of clients with the task of managing their medical billing operations management. Having started and/or managed several of his own companies, he has the necessary expertise to assist small to medium size organization with improving both their business and operating results. John attended University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School for BBA in Accounting. He's on HBMA Commercial Payer Relations Committee communicating with payers about Medical Billing issues.

Jona Jane Tajonera, MMI, Jona Jane Tajonera Owner and CEO of Mindoro Healthcare Consulting, LLC, joined US Medical Support, LLC in March of 2011. A successful merger of Mindoro Healthcare Consulting with US Medical Support brings over 20 years of Medical Billing and Consulting experience together. Jona continues to provide excellent services to all clients. Her extensive knowledge of the business, work ethic and personal character are undeniable. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career as medical office administrator and quickly assumed the additional roles of educator, consultant, coder, biller and lecturer. As a healthcare consultant, Jona is responsible for managing the accreditation and credentialing department as well as proper coding. She oversees client consultations and the development and updates to all accreditation-related educational tools and programs. A hands-on professional, she maintains regular contact with clients and continue to monitor any changes in billing and coding. Jona has a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Advertising and Public Relations from the Philippines and also received her Master in Medical Informatics and Public Health in New York. .

Violet has more than 6 years¡¯ experience of working in medium to large size businesses as an accountant. She is well versed in using AdvancedMD, QuickBooks and other accounting software. She is responsible for the input and supervision of all payment entry. She monitors and reviews all payment posting to insure accuracy. She also balances to payment batch control sheets to maintain a high level of accuracy. She reviews incoming payment documents and makes regular communications with our clients with ways to improve collections. She is a certified medical billing professional and well trained in medical billing software. Violet attained a BA in Linguistics & Literature, with additional training in Accounting. She is Certified QuickBooks User.

Emme reviews daily encounter/superbill forms for complete information and then enters claim information into medical billing software for reimbursement. She also reviews all accounts to identify trends in denials and notifies and educates offices on ways to reduce denials with the improvement of initial coding and front office procedures. She is a certified medical billing professional and well trained in medical billing software.

Rina reviews daily encounter/superbill forms for complete information and then enters charges into medical billing software for reimbursement. She is very excellent in computer software operations. Rina has attained a BS Nursing in the Philippines.

She is responsible for monthly follow up call cycle for all outstanding claims to insurance. She insures that all claims are called on and processed correctly according to insurance regulations. She takes incoming patient phone calls. She also makes outgoing patient phone calls to patients who have accrued outstanding balances.
